The GSE gets online visitors into the funnel by placing a call to action within an ad, on a website or in an email that lets the user know there is a personalized, guided experience available to them. The GSE then helps the user through the purchase funnel with an experience that mimics an offline shopping experience – being prompted through a series of 4-6 benefit-driven questions to determine the features the consumer cares about. The module guides the user to the product most likely to meet their specifications. Once that product has been identified, the application links consumers directly to places where they can purchase the product.
