(“iGuiders” or “we”) is in the business of providing a knowledge resource and tool which allows its customers to design, develop, create, share, use and add software applications referred to as “Guiders” from templates developed by iGuiders, allows its customers to deploy Guiders in a hosted, web-based environment accessible via the public Internet or via non-public intranets, provides customized integration of Guiders into customer websites, customer intranets and third party websites, and provides associated services for its customers. iGuiders provides these products and services to its customers directly and via authorized third party resellers and distributors with which iGuiders has entered into agreements for the resale or distribution of its products and/or services.

“Personally Identifying Information” is information that individually identifies you or from which your identity may be derived, such as your name, company name, physical address, phone number, e-mail address, and other information that would allow someone to identify or contact you.

A “Guider” is a software application which is used to develop and implement Internet searches and search strategies, and to create, share, use and add other content collaboratively, which are licensed to a customer of iGuiders and which provide an interface that acts as an advanced information search tool that allows users of the website or intranet on which the Guider is placed to search for desired content based upon answers provided by such users to a pre-defined set of questions, specific to a particular question or topic, the user responses to which are designed to guide the user through a search of the content provided at a particular customer website, customer intranet or third party website to desired search results. Guiders may take the form of new advertisements, enhancements to existing advertisements, “help me choose” applications, or other applications. Guiders may be customized by an iGuiders customer utilizing Guider templates provided by iGuiders, or may be designed and developed for an iGuiders customer by iGuiders, depending upon the services selected by an iGuiders customer under the customer’s agreement with iGuiders.

iGuiders recognizes that privacy is an important issue. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of Personally Identifying Information we may collect when you use this website (the “Website”) or when you access and use a Guider, how we use and may disclose that information, as well as the steps we take to safeguard it. Who are Typical iGuiders’ Customers and Users of Guiders:

iGuiders’ customers are typically businesses that license Guiders from iGuiders for deployment on their own websites, their own intranets, and third party websites (collectively, “Guider Customers”). Users of Guiders include existing customers or personnel of Guider Customers, and persons, firms and entities who are independent third parties (i.e., who are neither existing customers nor personnel of Guider Customers) and who access websites on which Guiders are placed and use Guiders that are placed on these websites.

Limited Use, Disclosure and Retention:

Except as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy under the heading Limits of Confidentiality or as required by law, iGuiders does not use, disclose or retain your Personally Identifying Information for purposes other than those for which it was collected or as required by law. What Types of Information Does iGuiders Collect?

On Each Visit to an iGuiders Website Including this Website:

iGuiders collects certain limited Personally Identifying Information and non-Personally Identifying Information your browser makes available whenever you visit an iGuiders website including this Website. This information includes your Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, as well as the date and time of your visit. We use this information to operate, develop, and improve our websites. This information does not include Personally Identifying Information.

When you Register as an iGuiders Customer:

When you sign up for an iGuiders account or another iGuiders service or promotion that requires registration, we may ask you for Personally Identifying Information including, without limitation, username, email address, company name, contact name, address and phone number. We may also ask for a fax number, but submission of this is optional. For certain services such as our advertising programs, we may also request credit card or other payment account information which we will store in encrypted form on our servers. We may combine the information that you submit under your account with information from other iGuiders services or third parties in order to provide you with a better experience or to improve the quality of our products and/or services.

When you use a Guider:

When you use a Guider, iGuiders may track and collect Guider Data. iGuiders may use Guider Data to compile comprehensive reports which (i) provide a snapshot view of the performance and use of applicable Guiders on a monthly basis including, without limitation, total visits, number of leads and most popular answers, (ii) provide visual replications of applicable Guiders showing how users clicked through questions and answers within the Guider, (iii) graphically depict total and unique users of applicable Guiders, and (iv) track the total number of sales leads generated by applicable Guiders and the total number of users of the Guiders by state. iGuiders may make available to the customer for which a particular Guider was developed, to the owners or operators of websites on which a particular Guider was placed, or to authorized resellers or distributors of iGuiders’ products and services, for use by such customers, website owners or operators, or resellers or distributors, detailed reports which contain this information together with appropriate contact information.

How Does iGuiders Use Your Personally Identifying Information?

Confidentiality:

Except as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy, iGuiders will not provide Personally Identifying Information about a User to third parties. By making a purchase of a product or service from iGuiders, requesting additional information from iGuiders, communicating directly with iGuiders, or using a Guider, a User may be providing Personally Identifying Information to iGuiders and, if so, is choosing to provide iGuiders with Personally Identifying Information in such User’s sole discretion. iGuiders may store and process Personally Identifying Information collected on our site on our own servers or on the servers of Affiliated or Third Party Businesses (defined below). 3. iGuiders Customers. When you use a Guider at a website and submit Personally Identifying Information through use of the Guider, we may also provide Personally Identifying Information and non-Personally Identifying Information to the customer for which a particular Guider was developed. Your use of a Guider means that you opt-in to the collection of the Personally Identifying Information and non-Personally Identifying Information that you submit through your use of the Guider and to the provision of this information to the iGuiders customer for which such Guider was developed.

4. Security. Due to the existing legal, regulatory and security environment, iGuiders may disclose aggregate level and/or Personally Identifying Information about its Users to protect the rights, property or safety of iGuiders, our customers, or the public, to prevent fraud or imminent harm, and in connection with providing for the security of our computer systems, computer network, telecommunications network, products and services.

5. Outside Third Parties. iGuiders may track and collect Guider Data at any of our websites. iGuiders may share this Guider Data with third parties on an aggregate, de-identified basis.

6. Sale or Transfer of Business. We may sell or otherwise transfer your Personally Identifiable Information to a successor of iGuiders, or any subsidiary or division of iGuiders in connection with an asset sale,acquisition,merger, consolidation, divestiture, stock sale,purchase of part or all of the assets of the business,or other corporate transaction, or by way of assignment (whether by operation of law or otherwise) in connection with any such or similar transaction or in connection with the administration of a bankruptcy estate.
